The year 2020 has been the most eventful year of our lifetime! We have lived through the suffrage of a pandemic, losing loved ones, being quarantined with household members, and forced away from everyone else. I remember going out to the grocery shop for the first time after the lockdown order and later breaking

I'm excited about Securely Cinched shapewear and want to share how to hide belly fat, fupa, and back rolls. Since having children I've been searching for shapewear that can really suck in my post-partum belly. So far the only available options were corset/waist trainer, and the stretchy tight shapewear which did a good job smoothing everything out but provided minimum hold. In my experience, the waist trainers provided the toughest hold however the wire strips were very uncomfortable and showed through clothes. 

What I like most about Securely Cinched Shapewear:

EASY TO WEAR

It was quite easy to put on, simply wrap the band upwards towards the belly area. I wrapped the belly band as tight as I was comfortable with and tightened areas that required more compression. It was easy to adjust and smooth out protruding sections, flexibility is key.

I’m I the only person that needs a mental break? The current climate can get a bit overwhelming for me especially when scrolling through social media, a place that used to be filled with bright, happy, pretty pictures have been replaced with a harsh reality. So what did I do, I decided to take a mental break from it all and do some baking. Baking is often a good distraction, and also brings me joy.

Can I share something personal with you? It's about the hardest job I've ever had. At a young age, I knew that I'd get married and have children. Each time I babysat my cousins, I made food for my siblings and, completed homework assignments with my nephew; I thought to myself "this is great practice for when I have children of my own". The truth is, it was good practice but it was not enough to prepare me, not in the slightest way.

        Life is short, go for it before it's too late. I'm not just saying that because of the current climate if you are here today then there's never been a better time than the present to start. I'm saying this because we often have a list of ventures we want to embark on but never follow through. This is the time to show friends and family that they're loved and appreciated, the time to be more dedicated to your commitments and the time to take a step of faith. You may want to start a blog, website, business, etc. the key is to start even if you are uncertain or let's face it scared of failure.
